AJN Neill Interiors ("we", "us", "our") is a sole-trader decorating practice based at 35 Richmond Avenue, Hillingdon, UB10 9BQ. We are the data controller for any personal information you provide to us.

When you contact us for an estimate or book work, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address or postcode, and the details you share about your project.
3. How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, provide a written estimate, schedule and deliver the work you commission, send invoices, and provide aftercare. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process your information on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and contract (delivering the services you book).
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed work are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and insurance requirements.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights, email aaronneill21@icloud.com.
