1. Parties
These terms apply to all work carried out by AJN Neill Interiors ("the Contractor") for the client named on the written estimate ("the Client").
2. Quotations
Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are based on the scope agreed at site survey. Any additional work requested during the project will be quoted separately in writing before commencement.
3. Payment terms
A 25% deposit is payable on acceptance of the estimate. Stage payments may apply on projects exceeding two weeks; the balance is payable on completion and sign-off. Payment is accepted by bank transfer.
4. Materials
Where materials are supplied by the Contractor, the cost is included in the written quotation. Client-supplied materials remain the Client's responsibility for quantity and suitability.
5. Access and site readiness
The Client agrees to provide safe site access, electricity and water during agreed working hours. Furniture protection beyond covering is the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We accept no liability for consequential loss.
7. Cancellation
Either party may cancel a booked project with 7 days' written notice. Deposits are refundable in full if cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled start.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
